For teams & organisations

Train your team in data - without taking them off the job.

Live evening classes, 3 hours × 3 days a week over 18 weeks. Your people keep working, gain real skills, and apply them from week one.

Built for teams that need data skills, fast - without losing capacity

Charities & Foundations

Your team handles donor data, beneficiary reporting, or impact measurement - but no one has formal data training. We train them on the tools they already use, with the data they already have.

You need analysts and AI-literate operators without hiring expensive specialists. We upskill your existing team in 18 weeks, evening classes, no business interruption.

Public sector & social enterprises

Tight budgets, real data needs. Group rates available from 3 participants. UK-based on-site delivery from 8 participants - at no surcharge.

Two ways to deliver - you choose the format that fits your team

Remote (default)

Live online evening classes, 3 hours × 3 days a week. UK-friendly hours (18:00–21:00 London time). Available from 3 participants per cohort. Instructor based in Poland - 1-hour time difference only.

On-site UK

Live in-person classes delivered at your premises, by a UK-based instructor. Available from 8 participants per cohort. Same programme, same outcome, same price - we absorb the higher delivery cost at this volume.

Between 3 and 7 participants: remote delivery only. We can revisit this case by case for established partnerships.

Start with a free half-day data diagnostic

Before any training conversation, we run a free half-day diagnostic of your team's current data setup.

We look at your database structure, data quality, and the gap between what you have and what you need. You receive a 1–2 page report with 3–5 priority findings and what they cost you today.

No commitment. No sales pitch. You decide whether training is the right next step - and if it is, we propose a plan that matches your team and budget.

Trusted by teams that take data seriously

We're a young team building our first cohorts with selected partner organisations. If you'd like to be among them - and benefit from founding-partner conditions - get in touch.

Beyond training - full data transformation support

Luxley Digital is part of a wider ecosystem. Our sister company, Wysegen, provides data strategy, architecture audits, and capability building for charities and mid-market organisations across the UK.

If your team's data challenge goes beyond training - governance, data quality at scale, or building a data function from scratch - Wysegen can support that work directly.

Frequently asked - for team leads

What's the minimum number of participants?

+

Three for remote delivery, eight for on-site UK delivery. Below three, we recommend our individual programme path instead.

Can you customise the curriculum to our sector?

+

The core curriculum stays the same - it's what makes the qualification meaningful. We adapt projects and case studies to your sector (charity reporting, financial services data, public sector analytics, etc.) so participants apply skills to data they recognise.

What if an enrolled employee leaves mid-course?

+

We handle this case in the agreement. Typically: the place can be transferred to another employee in the same cohort if notified within the first 3 weeks, or refunded pro-rata depending on stage. Full terms are in the engagement contract.

Are you Cyber Essentials certified?

+

Certification in progress. We can share our compliance roadmap on request - relevant if your procurement requires it.

Do you accept charity / public sector procurement terms?

+

Yes. We hold a D-U-N-S number and are set up to respond to public tenders. For charity-specific procurement requirements, contact us directly to discuss.

How do we pay - and what if the cohort doesn't reach minimum?

+

Payment via secure Stripe checkout. If a cohort does not reach the minimum number of participants by the start date, all payments are refunded in full and the next cohort is automatically scheduled three months later.
